Social Distancing does not need to be Emotional Distancing

How are you with social distancing? Feeling isolated and alone? Scared?

To lessen fears, feel less isolated, more productive, let's get creative. For as much as we are each capable, think of ways to stay busy, productive, in-contact.

Are you able to reach out to extended family and ask them to video chat with your children? They can read a book, many libraries and online sources are offering free books now. OR you can offer this service to others.

Do you have a stash of to-do's that need to be done?

How about create a new exercise routine?

And always, stay safe, stay connected. Reach out to a support person when YOU are feeling stressed. BE there for others.
